Q. What are the minimum Financial Requirements to qualify?
A. A minimum net worth of $25,000 with at least $3,000 liquid.
Q. How much will it cost to own a Mr Window® Franchise?
A. Costs vary due to the size of population in an area, add-on service modules
chosen and equipment purchased. If you would like a more comprehensive breakdown,

Q. Does Mr Window® offer financing?
A. Yes! Mr Window® does currently offer financing, but also
works closely with outside SBA lenders.
Q. How much money can I expect to make?
A. Mr Window® does not predict sales or profits for any location. Profitability
will depend upon the franchisees ability to manage the day-to-day operations
and finances as well as factors specific to each location such as population
growth, operational costs, labor costs and the potential for sales. Our Cashflow
Consultant Program helps you stay on track to make profits instead of costly
mistakes. This benefit alone will more than pay for your franchise royalty fee.
Q. What is the Royalty Fee?
A. Eight (8%) percent of your gross sales calculated on a weekly basis.
Q. What is the Marketing Fee?
A. An additional two (2%) percent fee is collected for national branding, advertising
and marketing.
Q. What are the typical office & shop sizes?
A. The typical office & shop sizes vary from 200 – 1,200 square feet.
Q. How are my office & shop sites selected?
A. You are responsible for finding a location that meets the site criteria of Mr Window®.
Q. What locations are available for purchase?
A. We have locations that are available throughout the United States. Contact us to see if the area you desire is currently available.
Q. How involved am I in the day to day operations?
A. Your focus is to train & manage your field technicians. Once they are trained
you will simply be meeting with new prospects and giving estimates. We help you
work ON YOUR BUSINESS - NOT IN your business! We will keep in close contact so
that we can check the progress on your development and which services you provide
are the most profitable in your market.
Q. Can I purchase or own multiple locations?
A. Yes! We encourage successful & proven franchisees to own and operate multiple locations.
Q. Who will train me to operate a Mr Window® Franchise?
A. Our Management Team offers a comprehensive training program consisting of two
weeks of one-on-one instructional classes including a complete set of training
manuals. We then fly out to your location for one full week to assist you with
getting your business up & running.
Q. After my location is up and running what kind of support will I receive?
A. Our Corporate Staff is in place to provide you with any assistance that you
require. From our National Call Center to our Expense Assistant and other administrative
programs we are here to help you be Clearly The Best!
