As you go through the process of selecting the plan that is best for you along with your territory we will then be able to better determine your specific costs. The working capital is optional for the One Man Plan or Semi-Pro Plan but highly recommended and is intended to cover operational expenses for your new business during the first 60 days. *The Total Estimated Initial Investment does include the Franchise Fee however does not include any estimates for your owner's compensation. You may use the Working Capital for owner's compensation. We require that all serious prospective franchise owners meet with us face-to-face before making a final decision. We require this in order to determine whether or not this is a 'good fit' for both of us before we become Partners in business. Territories are designated by zip codes. We assist you in selecting a territory that has population data which meets the income levels, home values, density parameters & business-to-population ratio between 1:35 to 1:20 which is necessary to comprise a solid territory to ensure your growth. *Royalties are 8% - 6% (this rate declines as your sales increase). **Special 100% Financing Programs are available with little to money down. Our Guarantee: If you do not reach the minimum revenue goal of $100,000 in your first 12 months of business, we will refund 50% of your franchise fee and allow you to give back your franchise.
